In its 62nd year of competition, the event will open the Australian leg of the WSL Championship Tour.
The Pro takes place at world renowned Bells Beach, the home of Australian surfing and attracts the world’s best surfers to town to compete for professional surfing’s most treasured trophy – the Rip Curl Pro Bell.
The Rip Curl Pro Bells Beach will only run on days of suitable surf within the event waiting period. A call is made each morning by the WSL Commissioner on the day’s schedule. This is generally done at 7.30am and published on www.worldsurfleague.com or via the WSL Instagram page. If the call is ‘ON’ then competition generally starts around 15-20 minutes after the call is made.
Ticket details and prices, shuttle bus and other event information can be found on the Rip Curl Pro Bells Beach – 2025 Event Guide or at www.surfingvic.com/rip-curl-pro .
